I know what it feels like to be the strong one, to push through and to look fine on the outside while internally feeling exhausted.

I’ve lived burnout. I’ve lived overthinking. I’ve lived survival mode.

In 2019, my dad died suddenly and life felt fragile in a way I’d never experienced. Fear got louder and control felt impossible.

In 2020, I joined Victoria Police and spent five years in high-pressure environments filled with trauma, chaos, shift work, split-second decisions and emotional weight most people never see.

In 2023, after a breakup shook my sense of identity, I stopped just coping and started doing the deeper work. I worked with a mindset coach, completed my NLP certification, and rebuilt from the inside out.

Now I help high-pressure individuals and shift workers build emotional resilience, regulate their nervous systems and lead themselves with confidence and clarity.

My work blends lived experience, nervous system education, mindset tools and real-life application so you don’t just “cope,” you actually feel in control again.
